Earlier this month, we announced our acquisition of Macromatic, a manufacturer of high-quality control, timing, and condition-sensing electronic relays which allow for continuous monitoring, real-time alerts, and intelligent troubleshooting in a smart, connected control system. From oil and gas to the beverage industry, Macromatic’s solutions keep equipment and devices in an operation running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This acquisition builds on Trystar’s 2023 acquisition of Cyber Sciences, a designer and manufacturer of sequence of events recorders and GPS time synchronization solutions.
Macromatic was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin. It is managed by president and CEO, Steve Sundlov. Macromatic serves several markets, including aviation, elevators and lifts, food and beverage packaging, HVAC, irrigation, material handling, packaging, pump and motor control, and water/wastewater. The acquisition not only provides Trystar with a broader portfolio of smart solutions designed to enhance operational productivity, but it also offers greater access to some new industrial customers.
